Running an Internet business, specifically a television screen protector company, is a fun but tough job. Behind the scenes at TV Armor there are many opportunities for streamlining the business. This will allow us to spend more time talking to our customers and less time with shipping documents, box pickups, manually calculating sales rates, etc. Well that is all changing. Right now, behind the scenes, a team of well trained computer programmers (me, myself, and I) are hard at work creating a comprehensive backend automation system for TV Armor.
What does this mean for you? Not much at all.. the vast majority of the improvements will be behind the scenes. But, as TV Armor continues to grow, we will have the time to keep our focus on where it counts – our customers. We are finding more time to constantly improve, instead of being inundated with paperwork. 🙂
