What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, eCheck, Personal Checks, and Purchase Orders (although we do not typically offer terms). Commercial customers ordering more then two TV Screen Protectors, please contact us for a quote.

What about international orders?

TV Armor prices do not include taxes and tariffs. Any fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs assessed by the governments of international purchasers are the responsibility of the purchaser. Customers outside of the United States may be required to pay these fees to the courier, as applicable, upon delivery. Since there are hundreds of countries and variable rate schedules, we are unable to provide customers with these costs. The International Trade Administration of the U.S. Department of Commerce has a website that provides Tariff and Tax Information to help you in determining those costs.

Do you offer a warranty or guarantee?

We offer a 30-day Unconditional Money Back Guarantee. If you're not happy your TV Screen Protector, for any reason, you can return it for a full refund, less shipping charges. The TV Screen Protector must be in the original condition (scratch free) and undamaged. Please call 1-800-890-0073 to begin a return.

What is your price match guarantee?

We will match and take an additional 10% off the product price, if you can find a comparable TV screen protector from another website for a lower cost (product price + shipping). Comparable means 1/4" thick, protects the same size TV, and has straps. Just send us an email indicating where you found a lower cost (product price + shipping) and we will beat it.

How do you determine shipping charges?

Shipping rates are fairly high for large packages, but we've managed to offer the lowest shipping costs available for TV screen protectors. We even use custom boxes to reduce package weight.

Instead of using flat rate shipping, when you purchase a TV screen protector, we automatically calculate the lowest shipping cost to your location.

To calculate your shipping fees, visit the Buy TV Armor page, choose the TV screen protector you're interested in, and click on "Add to Cart". A new screen will appear. Enter your zip/postal code in the appropriate box and click on "Update Cart".

Your shipping rate will appear to your right, with your total cost just underneath it. If you're concerned about leaving the order in your shopping cart, just click on the little box to the left that says "remove" then click on "Update Cart" and your shopping cart will be emptied.

How quickly will my TV screen protector ship?

Orders placed before 10pm Sunday to Thursday will ship out the following morning. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday will ship on Monday morning. If for some reason a product is backordered, we'll contact you immediately to let you know the new ship date.

How long will my TV Screen Protector take to reach me?

We use FedEx Ground and FedEx Home Delivery to ship packages to you. Below is a shipping time map from FedEx showing how long it typically takes FedEx to get a package from our location in NJ to you.
