We did some comparison shopping

We did a little comparison shopping this week and ordered a competitor's 42" screen protector from a company called thescreenprotector They claim on their website that they are located in Miami, Florida. Turns out that the street address is just a mailbox forwarding service called Earth Class Mail So if they aren't in Florida, where in the world are they? When the package arrived we discovered the truth - North Somerset, England. Imagine our surprise when learned, after talking to DHL (the shipping company), that we will be getting a customs/VAT bill in the mail as well. thescreenprotector never mentioned any customs/VAT charges on their website. I guess that's why they hide where they are located.
